Our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects are designed to deliver efficient, sustainable, and high-performance environmental control systems for various applications, including commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
Below is a brief description of key components and processes involved in our HVAC Projects.
Designing of HVAC System
Air Handling Units
Ducts
Air Diffusing Ports
HEPA Filters
Conceptual Design ( where we understand your understanding and bring shape to the project)
Basic Engineering ( Where we ensure the Viablity of the project and estimate the total project specifications and cost )
Detailed Engineering ( Where Actual factory shop drawings are released and the project shall now be monitored on a minute basis from technology , quality and cost perspectives)
43 mm thick PUF / Rockwool insulated GI casings with aluminium thermal break profile containing G4, F9 and sometimes H13 filters for filtering the air, direct driven / belt driven blowers for air circulation & cooling and heating coils to cool and dehumidify the air, all working to produce air quality of the highest order. These AHUs are designed to deliver CFM ranging from 500-50,000CFM.
We provide ducts which are prefabricated, this reduces the installation time at site and the leakages are bear minimum. They are further insulated with polyethylene/nitrile rubber to supress hear loss. In addition we provide the pre-insulated ducts.
Grills, Diffusers, jet nozzles with dampers to diffuse the required amount of conditioned air into the room and thereby produce a controlled environment.
Final stage filtration, usually mounted in the room and sometimes within the AHU, capable of filtering air upto 99.997% and of particles whose diameter is equal to 0.3 microns thereby making it a mandatory product for classified areas.
